Any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with this website shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of UAE. Minors under the age of 18 shall be prohibited to register as a User of this website and are not allowed to transact or use the website.

Payment Methods

1 We don’t save your payment details.
2 We only become a gateway of your payment details.
3 Our payment provider saves your information only.

Transaction Records

The cardholder must retain a copy of transaction records and Merchant policies and rules. We accept payments online using Visa and MasterCard credit/debit card in AED. safedryver.com will NOT deal or provide any services or products to any OFAC (Office of Foreign Assets Control) sanctions countries in accordance with the law of UAE. Multiple bookings may result in multiple postings to the cardholder’s monthly statement.

Terms and Conditions for SafeDryver Bundle Rides

1. Validity of Bundles
– Ride bundles are valid for the specified duration mentioned in the package (e.g., 10 days for the 3-ride bundle, 30 days for the 10-ride bundle).
– Unused rides will expire after the validity period and cannot be carried forward or refunded.

2. Sharing Rides with Friends and Family
– Bundles can now be shared among friends and family, allowing multiple users to enjoy the convenience and value of the package.

3. Exclusions
– The following locations are not included in the ride bundles:
1. Out of Dubai
2. Dubai South
3. Damac Hills 2
4. Al Ghadeer Village
5. Al Nahda
6. Al Qusais
– Special Discount for Excluded Locations Customers with bundles will receive a *15% discount on standard rates* for rides to these locations.
– Payment for Excluded Locations Bundle rides can still be applied for these areas (e.g., if the bundle covers AED 70 per ride, any additional amount will need to be paid separately).

4. Peak Hours Policy
– Peak hours are from 2:00 AM to 2:00 PM.
– Bundle Customers An additional charge of AED 20 applies during peak hours.
– Non-Bundle Customers The peak hour charge is AED 30.

5. Holiday Restrictions
– Bundle packages do not include rides on Christmas and New Year. Ensure to book rides for these dates separately.

6. Ride Availability
– Rides are subject to driver availability. Advance booking is recommended to secure your preferred timings.

7. Rescheduling and Cancellations
– Rescheduling of rides must be done at least 3 hours prior to the booking time, subject to availability.
– Cancellations made less than 3 hours before the scheduled ride may result in the ride being deducted from the bundle.

8. Non-Refundable
– Bundle packages cannot be refunded.

9. Additional Charges
– Any additional hours or services requested outside the scope of the bundle will incur extra charges as per the standard rate card.

10. Service Standards
– SafeDryver is committed to ensuring a professional and punctual service. However, delays may occur due to traffic or unforeseen circumstances.

11. Acceptance of Terms
– By purchasing a bundle package, customers agree to these terms and conditions. SafeDryver reserves the right to modify terms without prior notice.

Terms and Conditions for SafeDryver Chauffeur Partnership Program – Weekend Service

Terms and Conditions:

1. General Terms:

1.1 By enrolling in the SafeDryver Driver Partnership Program, you agree to abide by the terms and conditions outlined in this document.

1.2 SafeDryver reserves the right to amend these terms at any time. Drivers will be notified of changes via official communication channels.

1.3 The driver agrees to provide accurate and updated information during registration and throughout their association with SafeDryver.

Refund Policy:

2.1 Sign-Up Fee:

A non-refundable sign-up fee of AED 100 is required to participate in the program. This fee is renewed every six months.

2.2 Security Deposit:

A refundable security deposit of AED 200 is charged at the time of enrollment. The deposit will be refunded only when the driver exits the program, and it will be processed 25 days after departure. The deposit is non-refundable if termination occurs due to violations of program terms or misconduct.

3. Penalties for Violations:

If the driver is penalized for breaking any traffic laws or violating other regulations, they will be responsible for paying the entire penalty.

4. Required Documents:

    1. Valid Visa
    2. Valid Driving License
    3. Updated Resume
    4. Emirates ID

5. Eligibility Criteria:

Minimum of 3 years of proven experience driving light-weight vehicles. Previous experience as a chauffeur is an advantage. Good communication skills to ensure effective interaction with clients. No history of involvement in illegal activities, accidents, or drug use. A valid Passport, Driving License, and Visa are required for enrollment. Professional appearance with attention to grooming and attire. Must possess a smartphone with an active internet connection for managing bookings and communication. Must be under the age of 45 to ensure the driver is physically capable of handling the demands of the job and providing safe, efficient service.

6. Service Standards:

6.1 Drivers must adhere to the assigned ride schedules and timings without delay.

6.2 Failure to respond to ride notifications or ignoring assignments without valid justification will lead to penalties as outlined in the program’s fine structure.

6.3 Drivers are required to prioritize passenger safety and exhibit safe driving behavior at all times. Reckless driving is strictly prohibited.

7. Cancellations, No-shows, and Customer Complaints:

7.1 Drivers must provide a valid reason for any cancellations at least 2 hours prior to the assigned ride.

7.2 Unnotified cancellations or no-shows will result in penalties as outlined in the Fine Sheet, ensuring accountability and reliability within the program. Additionally, if a customer submits a complaint, the driver will be subject to fines according to the Fine Sheet, and any compensation issued to the customer will be deducted from the driver’s account. This ensures that both drivers and customers are held to high standards of professionalism and service, maintaining a fair and reliable experience for all parties involved.

8. Termination and Refund Policy:

8.1 SafeDryver reserves the right to terminate the partnership for repeated violations, unprofessional conduct, or customer complaints.

8.2 Drivers may voluntarily exit the program by providing a 20-day written notice.

8.3 The security deposit will be non-refundable if the termination is due to violations of program rules or misconduct.

9. Compliance with Safety Standards:

Drivers must comply with all traffic laws and safety standards while providing services. A strict adherence to safety guidelines is required to ensure the protection of passengers and other road users.

10. Acknowledgment of Terms:

By enrolling in the program, the driver acknowledges and agrees to comply with all terms and conditions outlined in this agreement.
