For the time being, our drivers are only available within the borders of Dubai. We are working hard to extend it to all of the UAE states as soon as possible. It is recommended that the starting point and ending point of intercity travel inside the United Arab Emirates (outside Dubai) be located within Dubai.
We assure our customers' all-time availability of our drivers; 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Your driver's contact information will be displayed on the app after the driver has been assigned. Furthermore, you can track the driver's location from the pickup spot all the way to the destination.
After your reservation has been processed, you will be given the opportunity to rate your overall experience and provide your valuable feedback directly through the mobile app.
Yes, of course, you can! You can surely schedule the ride and being the most reliable service provider, we will provide the driver to the desired location at exact reserved timings. Once a driver has been assigned to you by the system, the driver will let you know, and you can track accordingly.
You can cancel the booking using the app by selecting the "Cancel" icon located on the screen. Please be aware that a cancellation fee will be applied to your credit card if the cancellation took more than 5 minutes after the request gets acceptance by our driver.
We believe in punctuality and so does our system! It is extremely rare that any mishap occurs.
In such cases, when the driver does not show up within the 30 minutes of request approval, please make a call to the driver assigned or notify us as soon as possible, so that appropriate action will be taken.
Your well-being and protection are our topmost concern. Before being engaged, the drivers are subjected to a stringent screening procedure that includes: a clearance certificate, demonstrating professionalism, and in-house training provided by Safedryver.
Open the Safedryver app for your current booking and keep a check on driver by tracking their locations. We encourage customers to review and rate the drivers, which not only motivates us but also highlights drivers with excellent job, along with the ones having room for improvement.
Payments can be made in physical currency as well as online payments using Visa, MasterCard credit, and debit cards are also appreciated. Simplifying the process, you can now register a credit card on the APP. To make a payment using the saved card, select the card (as a means of payment) before scheduling so the app will charge your card automatically.
Our trained and experienced driver will reach at your location in our conveyance and take you to the desired destination by using your personal vehicle.
We have various packages according to our services. For Travel in Dubai: We charge AED 80 fixed for an initial 15KM and an additional AED 1.5 on extra each KM up to 25KM. For Distance above 25KM, we charge an additional AED 1 on each KM. Hourly Rate: A minimum 2-hour drive will charge you 160 AED. Other plans are as follows 8 hours in 1-day charge AED 480 16 hours in 2-days charge AED 960 24 hours in 3 days charge AED 1440 Travel in Emirates: Multiple plans based upon your desired travel destination are: Dubai to Abu Dhabi Charges AED 330 Dubai to Sharjah Charges AED 140 Dubai to Ajman Charges AED 180 Dubai to Rak Charges AED 200 Dubai to Fujairah Charges AED 330 Dubai to Al Ain Charges AED 330 We also have multiple plans for hotels, airports, schools, universities and offices. We are offering our drivers to take you from Dubai to Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ajman, Rak, Fujairah, and Al Ain. For charges details just check our prices plans
Our customer service representatives are ready to offer you a professional driver 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Simply call us on +971 55 449 9463 or mail at book@safedryver.com and they will schedule the service according to your specifications. Our helpful operators will spend just two minutes processing all of your information, including your name, phone number, pick-up schedule, location & destination. The actual rate/charges for your bookings will subsequently be sent to you by the agents.
Safe Dryver ensures that professional drivers arrive at your pickup location within half an hour of your reservation.
Our driver/chauffeur can wait up to 10 minutes from the time of your reservation. And after 10 minutes your booking will be cancelled atomically and there will be AED 15 fee for your reservation.
Although this is extremely unusual, if it really does occur, you can call the allotted driver or directly to our representatives if the driver doesn't really come within half an hour of trip confirmation.
Customers should contact our 24/7 helpline at +971 55 449 9463 to cancel or change a reservation. To prevent any fines or penalties, call at least 1-2 hours before scheduled travelling time.

Before getting hired, all drivers must pass a thorough screening procedure that includes a background check, Safedryver probation training, professionalism, education, and driving skills in the Emirates. We have professional drivers who follow the Emirates traffic regulations to the letter. They've driven a wide range of vehicles, so you can be assured that your vehicle is in the capable driver. You can always track your driver by going to your latest appointment. We invite customers to evaluate the driver at the completion of each journey so that we can see where certain drivers need to strengthen and which drivers have been doing an excellent job.
We take cash & Visa or MasterCard credit/debit cards as well as internet bank. To pay with a stored card, choose card as payment option prior to actually making your reservation.

Safedryver travel policy comprises the following: Unless the passengers all belong to the same residence or workplace, only one traveller is allowed to travel in the car. Wherever feasible, a two-meter social distancing rule is used. Both the chauffeur/driver and the consumer must wear protective precautions such as a cover, masks, and gloves. All of our drivers have been vaccinated.
